Medical MissionIn 2001, we began the medical mission program
that comes every six months to Sumpango,
Guatemala, with doctors from the United
States. The medical mission treats over 2500
indigenous patients from eight different
villages in the area that lack resources. Some
of these patients require specialized surgeries
that are not offered due to the lack of a
suitable facility.
